Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FaceMagic, operated by Ortura Labs LLP ("Ortura Labs", "we", "us").

1. Using the service

FaceMagic dubs video into Indian languages using voice cloning and lip-sync. You agree to use the service only with video, audio, and voices you own or have the rights and consent to process, and to obtain any speaker consent required for voice cloning.

2. Plans and billing

Pricing is based on the minutes of video you dub and the languages and features you unlock. Billing terms are agreed with our sales team during onboarding and set out in your account agreement.

3. Ownership of your content

You retain ownership of all source video and audio you upload, and of the dubbed renders we generate for you. We claim no ownership over your content.

4. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service outside of terms defined in your account agreement.
